Livetracker doesn´t work after Update

After updating the software the livetracker doesn´t work anymore.
I´m playing at Partypoker...

I also have issues with new version on Full Tilt. I am using Windows 7.

I will read the first hand but then won't clear it or read any more hands after that.

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista,
to support@pokeroffice.com

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.

I solved the problem by taking these steps.

Windows 7 x64 edition you need to manually locate the hand history and include your player name in the file location.
Run as administrator

As soon as I did those 2 things it worked like a charm.
