Since the newest update the popup is empty. When I click on the popup button for a specific player in the tabe overlay, there are no stats shown - as if i had chosen to show no stats in the popup. only a grey empty window opens.
help?

This has now been fixed and released (v5.56).

How big is your database, if it is large (> 100 000 hands) it can take a long time. Did it eventually convert? If not, we need to see your log file, please send it to support@pokeroffice.com. Reade here about finding your log file: I want to send my PokerOffice log file to support, where can I find it?

There can basically only be two possible reasons for why your own cards are covered with statistics:

1) You have some sort of "preferred" seating that PokerOffice can not recognize (so that the stats are rotated and therefor someone elses stats are on your seat. You can examine if this is the case by going to your overlay settings and adding "player" to your overlay stats. Now the stats will also show the player nickname and you can see if all is correct.

2) PokerOffice has trouble recognizing your own player. Do you have some sort of strange characters in your screen name? Like a ' or something like that?

I just tried B2B myself and it works as it should for me, i.e. I did not get my own stats..
Hi!
I tried adding "player" to my overlay as you adviced and it seems to show my player name on the table so I guess that's not the problem. Also I don't have any weird characters in my nick. Also on B2B you can't prefer your seat. So it's gotta be that my database got corrupted somehow when I played on PN network. Btw on PN I can hide my stats using this same database. Also I can hide my stats as if I create a new database on B2B. So, any ways to try delete a player from database ? Or backuping handhistory from database and then importing it to a new database when it would work I think. Thx for support

I sent you the logfile yesterday and left PO running overnight, but after 11 hours, it still shows "processing ... Clean database tables".

I have a rather fast PC and my DB holds about 180k Hands.

Edit:

In total PO has now been running 31 hours and still hasn't finished.

Ok, that does not sound good. For some reason there must be some problem converting your data to the new database engine. Can you please attach your log file here. You will find the log at c:\Users\<username>\PokerOffice\Log\PokerOffice.lo g Thanks!

There seems to be some problem with your database. Can you please try this:

1. Go to C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Besitzer\PokerOffice\databases\völli gbuggie
2. Delete the file völligbuggie.index
3. Now start up PokerOffice and wait for the conversion (please note that the conversion can take a long time, probably around 40-60 minutes for your 180k hands).

Did it work? If not, post your new log file. Thanks!

I don't think deleting a player from the database will work. However, since your new database is working its probably a good idea to reimport all your hands into this one. Do you have your hand histories on B2B saved? B2B save hand histories in C:\Program Files\B2BPOKER\<b2bskin>\HandHistory\ so you should be able to import them manually.
