hmmm... a couple of questions:

1) Are you a new user of PokerOffice, i.e. did you just download it? Or has it worked before and it recently stopped working?

2) Do you not get any error message or anything?

3. Can you please post the content of your system log here. Please read this on how to find the log: I want to send my PokerOffice log file to support, where can I find it?

Hi, sorry about the late reply. I have looked at your log, it looks like you are using a very old version of PokerOffice (v5.24) ? is this correct? Or could you somehow have sent me an old log? Can you please look in the log folder again and see if there is perpaps a file called PokerOfficeTmp.log ? If so please send that one, or attach it to your next post. Thanks!

I have looked at your log file, from what I can see you are using a very old version (5.24). Apart from that I can't see anything relating to the startup in PO. Can you answer some question so that I can help you get going with PO again:

1. Do you know what version of PO you have? Have you installed any patch recently or could it actually be 5.24 that is your version? (current version is 5.57).

2. Do you care for your database, i.e. would you like us to try to get your PokerOffice running with your previous data? Or don't you mind if you loose your data?

Thanks!

Hi,

If i do not care about my Db, is it ok to uninstall PO and the reinstall it again?
In that case, is my old reg codes ok to use?

Brgds

Yes, you can uninstall and then reinstall PokerOffice. You use the same reg key.
