Hands not tracked on PokerStars

My hands are not beeing tracked, cash game or tournaments. The Live Tracker starts when I sit down at a table but no hands are being recorded in the live tracker window. This used to work fine but not any more. It hasn´t work since May.

I did go through the PokerStars help thread in the forum and checked everything there:
Using English
Hand history in English
Deal chat = everything
Hand history saved to hard drive and are being saved
Using PokerStars Theme
Tried specifying hand history location in PokerOffice preferences

I am running on XP pro and currently with PokerOffice 5.57

Please help

Can you please attach your log file to your next post so I can see what is wrong. Read here on how to find your log file: I want to send my PokerOffice log file to support, where can I find it?

Also, do you get any data at all in the live window? (pot odds, rank, statistics, etc) Or is it completely dead?

I sent my log file to support@pokeroffice just now.

I do not get any data in the HUD. The only thing visable in the HUD is the heading "Pot Odds" but no data is visable.

Also the hands are not tracked at all, no new hands are beeing recorded in my database even though the live tracker starts up.

Thanks for the log file. It looks like your connection to PokerStars is blocked for some reason, possibly because of a firewall or similar. Are you using a firewall? If so, try to disbale it for a short time and see if there is any difference. What sort of firewall are you using?

Hi,

I play on Pokerstars.fr and there's no problem with Cash game
but with Tournament :
the live tracker starts and detect the cards played on the board
but the player's stats works only for the first move, then they're hidden.
Everything is allright ( pot odds, my stats, player icons ) except the opponent's stats
in Tournament...

Ok, thanks, I will try this myself and see if there is a problem with tournaments.

seems to be the same problem for me but i noticed that it works fine on freerolls

Try this: Go to the live tracker menu in PokerOffice and select "Filter Live Statistics". Then select "Use all hands from all levels".

Does it work now?
