Problem with PokerStar.fr

Hello,

I dowloaded the last version of Poker Office.

The live traker works normaly but I can't access to the software. I can't clik on neither menu and tab. I can't access to statistics, graph...

What can I do it's only close the window of Poker Office.

I play on Pokerstar.fr with Windows Vista.

I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean that PokerOffice freezes/crashes? What happens during play, do you see statistics, etc on the other players during play?

I will try to explain with my poor english:

First, when I start Poker office the message "please wait while processing database" stay on screen.

I can see the statistics when I'm playing on the table overlay.

Then, when I close the poker table, the statistics are refresh, but after the poker office window crash. I can't click on neither menu or tab.

I hope you understand what I mean.

Same here with pokerstar.fr , my system is Seven. i think i had this before and it was fixed with the longhook.dll but still don't work here. It's not freezing, but for me it's like in a loop and when i try to select anything (live tracker...etc) i must clic ten times or use the keyboard shortcut, can't access my tourney lobby on Ps either.
I must renew my license anytime,, i'll hope it will be fixed soon.

Poker office is working very well with pokerstars.fr since 10 days...

12 tables in the same times without problem....
