No Live-Tracking on FullTilt

I´m not getting any LiveTracking-Windows and no Stats when playing Fulltilt.
Under "Live Tracker" -> "start Live Tracker" the tables are shown correctly, but they´re neither popping up nor puttings stats on the tables...
When importing the hands via hand history later on everything´s fine!

What to do?

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista,
to support@pokeroffice.com

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.
