HUD not working on Ipoker (even though followed advice from earlier thread)

I am playing on Betfred poker.

the live tracker wont display anything on the table overlay.

the live tracker is picking up the correct game (its a tourney) but i cant get any table overlay to come.

I read an earlier post about this, and set the chat options so 'Summary' is NOT ticked....but still same problem occurs.

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista,
to support@pokeroffice.com

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.
