- Your PokerOffice log file. Found at C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP, or C:/Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Vista or Win7
- Hand history from the table you experience(d) problems at
- Name of the table you played at
