ipoker William Hill not working

Hi

William Hill have just updated their client and now Poker Office has stopped working. Live tracker is not getting any info from the table.

Does anyone know of a work around? I am running XP

Hi,

That's strange, we just tested the WH tracking and it works for us. I did however notice that not all chat options were enabled after the update, so please check this.

Open a table -> Options in the top right corner -> Chat Options

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista, to support@pokeroffice.com

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.
