Live Tracker isn't working for me at PokerStars.

Hi.

I just downloaded, installed and registered today the PokerOffice software in my computer. When I open a PokerStars table, a LiveTracker window bound to the table window pops up, but that window don't show any stat. I let the program run few minutes but nothing happens. No entries on the columns on the Live Tracker.

At the PokerStars table window, the only overlay text shown is the "Pot Odds:" label, below the chips. No % number following the label.

Ok, I uninstalled the PokerStars software and installed it changing the language to the English. Then I configure it to save the Hands History (English too), the dealer messages, checked the HH folder isn't write protected or read only (PS software is writting correctly the HH files)... no themes or other add-ons used. My OS is Windows XP.

I have restarted PokerOffice after every change, sometimes the computer also, and finally reinstalled it. Even it continues without working.

I hope you can help me to fix this. Notice me if you need more info, or something else, and sorry for this beginner english level.

Did you click on what looks like a wheel on the top of the program
you may need to click it each time

Yeah, I did. It seems like a shortcut for the option: Live Tracker/Start Live Tracker. I have clicked both options, "Start Live Tracker", and "Live Tracker auto detection mode". Didn't work.

Hi.

I have sent the log file (..\PokerOffice\log\PokerOffice.log) to support@pokeroffice.com.

The Live Tracker isn't working yet.

Waiting for a solution.

pokerstars was working for me last night. this morning there was an update. i downloaded it and now pokerstars isn't working. the live tracker pops up but there is no info on it

the lack of response to the problem here is worrisome. how about someone saying "oops we need to figure this out!" or maybe "there isn't enough of you for us to worry about!" but no response seems like your saying "i have your money and i'm on my boat suck it!" come on. we pay alot for this. there are options available. be responsive!
