Default Live Tracker dosent work PP and 888

just bought a license and downloaded Poker Office 5.... installation ok.


Now i am facing the problem that i can not track tables...

888.com ... live tracker connect to the table but all i can see is a empty odd list.. no player.. nothing....

PartyPoker.com.... nothing.


What can i do?

888
1. Open the poker client
2. Is the language in your lobby set to English?
3. In the Lobby, please go to Settings -> Game Settings.
- Make sure that the "Keep my hand history in:" option is activated, if it is, click Open Folder and check if your hand histories are in there.
4. Open a table and click the Options button found in the bottom left corner, right under the chat box. Now make sure that all chat options are activated.

PartyPoker
Is the language in your client set to English?

I'm currently playing at 888 and no problems atm, so as the support has told you, it's maybe a configuration issue

Hi,
I had the same problem with 888 and PO and the help above (language and chat option) did not help. The live window is opening, but nothing shows up.

(info: i cannot import hand history from 888 as well. PO shows the hand history in the 888-folder, but tells me after analysing that no hand was imported. probably has something to do with my live window problem?)

Me too. I haven't had any problems like this. It really maybe on how you configured it.
