hi,

i created a pokeraccount on bwin using the link on pokeroffice.com, earned 10000 b'inside points that were required to get a free license for pokeroffice.
then i filled out the registration form to get my license, but got an automatic email that contained the information i enterered. i wrote several emails to support@pokeroffice.com, but got no replies. live chat support seems to be unavailable too all the time.

how can i contact support? how can i get my license?

Hi,

I'm a new user of PO and ever since I bought this software I have had problem with Ongame (since they recently moved to Java) and I feel I get very poor feedback from support on how the progress of getting this problem solved.

Anyone here have experience with PO support?

Hmm,

Was promised a solution yesterday but PO ran into some issues yesterday and confirmed they would have it ready today. And as promised they released the patch today but neither me or my friend could get it to work.

Lets see if I hear back from them tomorrow.....
