I already contact with support thats how I got this first patch but unfortunately that didn't help me.

The software seems to be good but you only get half potential if you can't use live tracker.

One of friends uses Hold'em Indicator. It just released an update for Ongame today. So I guess Poker Office will do the same thing soon...

Ok latest patch fixed my problem now I can use PokerOffice without any problem at Ongame.

So far I'm very happy with the tool!

Regarding support you have to be prepared it is not a big corporation with endless resources, a problem can take a few days to get fixed. But positive is, it is good friendly people working on your problem.
