Default New User - Import Hand problem ongame

Hi,

Just registered and started to use PokerOffice and ran into problem import my hands from Betsson (ongame).

No problem importing hands stored under ......P5/Betsson/Handhistory
Since last update hands are now stored under .......P5JavaClientSettings/Handhistory and for some reason PokerOffice can't import any of these hands.

Any one know how to solve this?

Hi again,

As far as I can see there is no difference looking at the file on the old (working) and new (not working) location.

The only difference is the time stamps where,
old files use
Start hand: Wed May 18 11:58:36 GMT+0200 2011
new files use
Start hand: Sun May 22 16:07:06 CEST 2011

Other then that I can't see anything different.

Looks like it is related to wrong timezone.

Have asked Betsson why it is configured different to my computer but they couldn't answer it and have passed it on to ongame.

If I manually change timezone back to GMT+0200 then I can import all hands.

Not for me at the moment but it could be because I have this other problem.

Ok just heard back from Betsson and they cnfirmed they made a change from GMT to CEST (Central European Summer Time).

Have contacted PokerOffice support to see if they can fix it on their side.

They promised a patch yesterday but was delayed until today.

Could still not get it to work after the patch have mailed the support.

The worst is that the support is slow at responding.

It feels like this is a very small company with limited resources.
