Problems with Pokerstars

Hello,

have the following problem: When I start a table at Poker Stars and open the live tracker that runs on nothing more at the table, which means that it is frozen, like, no one uses anymore and no further action takes place more.

I've already read everything in the forum to Poker Stars, the settings and so on.
My PC is running Windows Vista,

Hi,

My computer runs with Vista too, and I play on Pokerstars on ring games.
I have no problem, in the settings of Poker Office, on the "advanced preferences" have you specified the Pokerstars Hand History Folder and the "Pokerstars.exe location"?

I think, this 2 things are important.
