I would first of all like to ask a favor of you. If the problem still persists please send the log files to
support@pokeroffice.com with ATT: Adam in the subject.
Find log files in
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- C:/Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7
Then, try the following to fix your problem rename the
settings/ directory to
settings_old/
1 Shut down PO.
2 rename the
settings directory to
settings_old
Find settings in
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/settings
or
- C:/Users/<username>/PokerOffice/settings
3 start PO ( this will creat a brand new settings file, and unfortunately you will need to do all your stats arraing agan.
4. You will need to re-enter the license key, so either re-enter the key (About menu) or copy the key file
reg.key from
settings_old/ to
settings/
