Unhappy No icon in the table overlay.

Hi!
I'm playing Ladbrokes, Windows 7.

Since I rearranged the stats in the table overlay pane I no longer get the player icons. They used to be there even when I had removed all the stats. I can't find a button to select/deselect them?

In the "Live tracker autodetect mode set-up" I have checked "Display stats" and "Display stats", nothing else.

In the "Live analysis window" I get the icons.

Just one more thing:
The table overlay disappears all the time. I then have to press a funny wheel in the upper left corner and "reset layout" to get them back. Can't they stay on?

Yours kindly, Bo

Hi Bo,
you are absolutely right. The Icons should indeed remain visible! I would like to get a clearer picture of exactly what is happening...

Do icons (and stats) only disappear after you move them, or even without moving? Did you try to move stats/icons just a little bit, do they disappear then as well?

I am not sure I understand what you mean by : "I can't find a button to select/deselect them?" If they are removed they cannot be selected to be moved. But you can always ad new stats in the "Overlay Settings Window".

And, what table types are you playing on? Anonymous tables could be a problem.

Sorry for the slow response. We are a bit short-staffed theese weeks.

Kindly,
Adam

Hi Adam!
A: "Do icons (and stats) only disappear after you move them, or even without moving? Did you try to move stats/icons just a little bit, do they disappear then as well?" - 1) The stats haven't disappeared, only the icons. 2) I haven't moved anything, but I do have a "preferred seating"
B. "...a button to select/deselect": I mean that I can choose to add/remove "$won", "Bet turn%" or "player", but not "icon" to the overlay.
C: I'm playing 6/10 handed SNG's.
D: I'm in no hurry, happy to hear from you.

Hmmm... a few more questions.

I thought that you meant moving stuff when you said: "Since I rearranged the stats in the table overlay pane" Guess I wasn't paying attention. Did you mean adding/removing stats in the settings dialogue?

You said you could get the icons to re-appear by resetting the layout. But at exactly what point do they disappear?

Are you using PO on other networks as well? If so, is the overlay working better there?

Thanks for your feedback, and your patience.

Sorry, english is not my native language. "Since I rearranged the stats in the table overlay pane" means what you suggest: since I added a few more stats to my table overlay.

Also I am sorry to have confused you by really having two problems:
1) the above mentioned,
2) The table overlay disappears all the time. I then have to press a funny wheel that appears in the upper left corner and click "reset layout" to get it back. This will not include icons, only the stats. After a minute or two these stats disappear again.
I get icons in the live analysis window, though. But I turned that one off because it is always shut down for recalculating.

I don't play other networks since Full Tilt went down, back then PO worked quite OK but this was also before my rearranging stats.

It is me that must thank you for your patience. English is a difficult one...

Hello Again,

I would first of all like to ask a favor of you. If the problem still persists please send the log files to support@pokeroffice.com with ATT: Adam in the subject.

Find log files in
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- C:/Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7

Then, try the following to fix your problem rename the settings/ directory to settings_old/
1 Shut down PO.

2 rename the settings directory to settings_old
Find settings in
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/settings
or
- C:/Users/<username>/PokerOffice/settings

3 start PO ( this will creat a brand new settings file, and unfortunately you will need to do all your stats arraing agan.

4. You will need to re-enter the license key, so either re-enter the key (About menu) or copy the key file reg.key from settings_old/ to settings/

Sorry for the dealy and thank you for being so patient.

Adam

Woups! - my mistake, sorry!

I now see that I have mistaken the statistics popup button for an icon. I still find that it looks like it. But it is what I wanted and had unchecked. Checked it and the rest is silence.

Thank you for your help!

Bo.
