License not working

I got a license by PO but the license key does not work properly. When I try to import Omaha hands
manually or try to start PO5 while running an Omaha table, I get the message, that the maximum omaha hands are reached and I should register my version.
Maybe the support sent me an holdem license instead of omaha?
Any help?
