Default POffice is unable to verify my license

Hi, Support!
When I start my POffice, there is a message "POffice is unable to verify my license. ...
This can happen if my antivirus is blocking the license verification process..."
I add http://www.pokq.com to the exceptions list in my antivirus as it is recommended.
(By the way, http://www.pokq.com doesn't work!)
My Live tracker doesn't work!
I have written to support 2 days ago, but still have no answer.
How long to me to look forward to hearing?
There is other way to check up my license?
I use Windows Vista.
Please, help me.
