Problems with Purple Lounge

Hi there

Yesterday I won a SnG (Purple Lounge). But when I take a look into my pokeroffice, then it tells me, that I didn´t win anything. The field "TourneyId is empty, Buy-In/Fee shows 0.0/0.0 and Finish N/A.

I tried to edit and change this tournament in PO, but the changes were not applied. I've export the handhistory from PurpleLounge to my computer. I remarked, that the final result isn't mentionned. From the support of PurpleLounge, I got the answer, that the handhistory is stored in the file "gamehistory.dat". But importing of this file failed.

Could you help please?

Hi,
Im new to pkr office. In the main window, under player summary, it just has 2 limits, however i've played for weeks at various limits. But at the new Purple Lounge software, the live tracker works, so i assumed the pkr office db should be updated?

Cant see any recorded sessions from Prple lounge at all? but live tracker works?>?!?!

Any advice or similar sufferers??

It sounds like you may not have chosen your new alias at Ring Games -> Select Player. Correct?
