Pokerstars Update - HUD not working

After a Pokerstars software update today my hud is not working and I have now player info in the live window. I've tried restarting and using a new database. Running Vista

same problem here ... overlay doesnt work anymore ... the bad support shouldnt surprise you ... i am working with pokeroffice since over four years ... the programm is excellent but reactiontime of support and time passing since problems are being fixed with updates has ever been terrible since i am with PO ... and i also lost hope that the support will ever change

PO not working for more than a week now! I really regret my choice for PO. Should have bought HEM or Pokertracker! Thanks Support
