Hi.

I had viruses on my computer and had to format C:

I forgot to check my mails first and write my registration code for Poker Office.

I still have the same email, so is there a chance I can get it again ?

Hi, I cannot find my registration keys also. Please tell me who I need to email to get my keys re-emailed again. I tried emailing to support@pokeroffice.com but I can't seem to send it to that email address. I believe I paid my Paypal.

If you have not already doen so, please e-mail us at support@pokeroffice.com (we do receive the e-mails) with your e-mail address you used when registering and the payment option you used.

I have the same problem than in 2005 (I did receive the key at that time), but I don't have any idea what email I used then, and I don't have it anymore anyway.
Any chance for me to use Poker Office again ?

Hmm, could it be the email address you used when signing up to the forum? Also, did you get PokerOffice though a direct purchase or through one of our promotions?

I too am thinking about doing a format. If i move my PO folder to another drive, will I be ok?? Or will be missing files ?? And to clarify, if I format and lose PO I will be able to get my registration code with no problems? I bought PO directly. All you will need is my email address?

I don't recommend moving the whole folder. What you should do insetead is to open PokerOffice, go to Database -> Backup Database, and then move the backup file to another drive.

Yes, I can resend your keys if you PM me or email support@pokeroffice.com the email address the keys were originally sent to.
