How about a manual without links? I would like to read the entire manual, front-to-back.

This isn't so easy to do when things are nested, that is, when clicking a link takes you to a section with more links. It's hard to keep track of whether you've clicked/read everything.

I understand what you mean, Poker Clif. The closest thing right now is the pdf manual posted above though.
