Thank you for your help!
The most likely reason is that PokerOffice can't find your Full Tilt hand histories. Please open Full Tilt and go to Options -> Hand History... and double check that the option Save My Hand Histories is checked. If it is, please double check that the hand histories are indeed stored there.

Please send your PokerOffice log file to support@pokeroffice.com. You can find the log file at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt. It'd be great if you could write what you have already tried too.

The hand history options folder was checked in the full tilt options but when I checked my fulltilt folder there was no hand history folder in the bad boy. I was confused, so I created one in the C: drive, set the destination point and started a new game. BAM! The player stats and the overlay started working on the laptop!
I had this same problem and tried to make some kind of explanation few messages earlier. I don't know why Fulltilt client is not creating that Handhistory directory automatically. All people who are complaining that Fulltilt is not working please check that this HandHistory directory is existing. Default place is C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory

Thanks for the input. What you're saying is correct.

If you haven't sent your PokerOffice log file to support@pokeroffice.com I advice you to do so.

Thanks!

I can't find my hand history either. And no stats are being displayed still. I tried to create the hand history file, but no hand histories appear in it. What is the problem?

Any change if you right click the Full Tilt icon and chooses to run it as administrator?

Please open Full Tilt and go to Options -> Hand History... and double check that the option Save My Hand Histories is checked. If that option is already checked but you still can't find the stated folder on your hard disk you should try to re-install Full Tilt:

1. Start -> All programs -> Full Tilt -> Uninstall
2. Manually remove any remaining Full Tilt folders from your hard disk
3. Install again (double check the hand history option again)

I had the exact problem on vista. Pot odds show, but not player statistics. Following fixed
it immediately. Go to Settings -> Preferences -> Advanced and check Full Tilt Hand History location. Enter full path to hand history folder including your player name at fulltilt. Ie. C:\Program Files (x86)\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\player

Also I had to manually enter/confirm handhistory folder in Full Tilt, before it created it.

You still needs to run FTPL.exe and FT in admin modes, but now stats work fine.
