Also I had to manually enter/confirm handhistory folder in Full Tilt, before it created it.

You still needs to run FTPL.exe and FT in admin modes, but now stats work fine.
I had trouble after installing the latest patch, and this was the fix!!! Thankyou!!!

Im no computer genius, but it finally is working on my new Vista HP computer. I am running the fltp.exe program and running FTP as an administrator, but what seems to be the issue is that the default HH path does not work with vista. I just changed to the path to C:/ProgramFiles/Full Tilt Poker/(username)---I just chose that option becuase there is a built in path to that folder and cause I could not figure out how to type in the diff pathway under the FTP HandHistory tab....Its working now whether I am at the table or not. Thx all. If anyone wants help my AIM is aggieerick. Or if I could do this another way also hit me....

I tried everything but nothing worked.

So I wanted to know if it's possible to say how long it takes to get a new version of PO that works with Vista and FTP.

Thanks for reply.

Edit: Now it works fine: Not a Problem of PO problem with FT Client to save HH right..

Sorry my bad

Carb3x, if you've tried everything in this thread, but can't get it to work, I'd like you to send your PokerOffice log file, which you can find at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt, to support@pokeroffice.com.

Thanks!

Default PS solution

i got it to work for PS by going to properties for POEngine and PokerOffice.exe to run as administrator in both the bin file and the main PokerOffice folder... it didn't work when i only changed these in the bin folder...

but now i get the stats

This is likely caused because your antivirus software has disabled an important PokerOffice file.

Download this file and put it in the c:\program files\pokeroffice\ folder (select overwrite if you get the question)
