Same problem with FT
I did/am having all these problems with Fulltilt. I have done everything that is on this thread............VERY time consuming to have to read/do it/re-read more..etc. I even wrote to support..........NO ANSWER. This works fine on Poker Stars (except that I dont get my own player stats....help on this too please)..but on FT all I get is the pot odds. It is reading the hands ok in the bottom of tracker.....but not reading handhistory or players. Can I get the fix for this please.

Regarding your own stats missing at PokerStars, this happen when you exceed a specified amount of hands for your own player at the level you are currently tracking live. The default value is 500.
You can easily change this number by opening Performance on the Statistics menu in the live window. Keep in mind that when your database grows big, the calculations for the total statistics of your own player will become quite complex and you may want to exclude this stats for performance reasons. This statistics is also quite redundant to update when playing live and you can always view it in the normal PokerOffice window.

Did all the things in the thread, still can't see opponents stats...

hi,
my overlay works fine now on FTP.
but live tracker doesn t work.
"no client poker found etc..."
that's strange because overlay tell me my odds for the current hand and my rank hand.
Any idea?
EDIT: that s works fine now

I Purchased Po 1 Month Ago And I Have Serious Problem With Vista. I Have Email Your Support And No Answer Has Come.
Please Inform Me Somehow. I Didnt Buy The Product For Fun Or Becuse I Didnt Know What To Do My Money.

This thread was a bit long, so I didn't read it all. Sorry if this is already in there...
But I had this same problem at first in my Vista environment. Was able to see my cards in PO window, but thats all. No stats anywhere.
I also noticed that folder "HandHistory" was not where it was supposed to be.
Everything was solved for me when I run FTP-client as administrator. It seems to work fine as any user, but HandHistories came visible only when started as administrator.
BTW, had this same effect on Martins Poker (B2B). Hand histories came visible when client is running as administrator.
Anyway, after this PO seems to work well in FTP. (And in B2B)

OK, i seem to have the same problem too, now i have reinstalled several times, but still no data is being shown or saved. The odds are working with Full Tilt, but nothing else. On Party Poker there is no problem. Also i seem to be having problems with my internet browser since installing Poker Office. Short of a complete re - instalation of my laptop, i have no idea where i should be heading next. I have tried all that is suggested here......BUT....still no use. A lot of money for something that doesnt seem to be of much help...any suggestions on my next step?

Since you have already tried a lot of things I'd like you to send your PokerOffice log file, which you can find at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt, to support@pokeroffice.com.
