Attention: Full Tilt - Windows Vista users

To the Windows Vista users that still can't get Poker Office to work on Full Tilt. Please try to right click the file FTPL.exe and run it as administrator, note that you have to start a Full Tilt Poker table before doing this. The FTPL.exe file can be found at C:\Program Files\PokerOffice\bin.

Solution is

Launch FULL TILT and POKER OFFICE with live tracker
Start a new game ( wait for the table to be opened )

Use the files explorer and find the The FTPL.exe file at C:\Program Files\PokerOffice\bin
right click the file FTPL.exe and run it as administrator

And you should have first the cards and odds working and after 1 complete hand the players stats

Okei, got the pot odds running now and it shows me the cards on live tracker, but still won't load up any information about player stats.

Anyone have the same problem?
Help would be appreciated.

I have the exact same problem.. I have odds but no info about other players.. and personnaly I don't care about odds, all I want is people stats, and I don't have them for 3 weeks now.

I reinstalled the patch, formated my PC, etc etc. Nothing works exepts the odds

I uninstalled PO, reinstalled it and that time it worked

I got this same issue. I can see the odds and the cards but opponent stats dont appear. It'd be nice if you could find the solution.

Can you please send your log file to support@pokeroffice.com. You can find the log file at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt.
