Wow, I just went over and looked at the Poker Tracker 3 page and all I can say is Wow! Poker Office could be in some serious trouble here. Here's hoping everyone stays loyal!

I've got a feeling it's a small team of people running the company and whilst they try to do their best, there are a lot of questions/ complaints etc and they just have a hard time keeping up. I could be wrong but I don't think it's that they don't care or anything like that.

Thanks, I was about to write the same thing. I do answer all questions I get the best I can, but sometimes it takes a little while to get an answer since I'm handling all the support myself right now.

You think PT3 is good, go to their forums and read and learn how unsatisfied the people that bought PT3 are.
Also PT pat has nothing to do with PT3 and support sucks big time. You ppl always looking for greener pastures, I'm sticking with P.O. Also P.O's support is good I always got an answer within 24 hours or sooner. I know someone that bought PT3 and you have to fill out support tickets, he's been waiting now 6 weeks with no reply. So good luck with what you pick, I'm staying here. One more thing I might add they have the same Vista problems, everybody does.

i probably will be switching to PT3 once PO3 is released. Not because i dont like PO its just that given wot i use PO for it would be cheaper just to go with PT3 as its just an 1 off fee if i am not wrong which is slightly more than wot we would have to pay yearly to use PO, i just dont think its worth it unless they consider changing it to a fixed fee when the new edition is finally released

What does one have to do with the other? I want nothing to do with poker tracker 3. But when you make commitments and promises you need to live up to them. Which is exactly what poker office has done for over a year now promising a new version. Then they finally said the summer there will be big news, and look at when this post was started its back in november and went on til february, and nothing since then, me and many others have waited patiently, and I haven't mentioned it since then. But now it is summer and everyone deserves an update on the situation. If you can't keep promises don't make them.
