I know this is an old thread but the problem still occurs. It's almost 7 months now and I couldn't use PokerOffice once properly. I paid almost $100 for this and I didn't get anything in return. Is there a way to block my reg key and give me some kind of refund? If that isn't possible can I get a coupon that gives me a reg key for year once I can use PO without any problems? Thanks in advance for any answer!

Hi There,

Just to say that I had the same problem (Blue screen crash at different moment of PO operating)
I realized that I have a NVIDIA 8600GT just like the other user who mentioned the problem.
I just uninstalled all the NVIDIA drivers and reinstalled the lastest version.
This solved the problem.

Bis Bald!

After upgrading my video card from an ATI 1950 to 4870 I have been getting the same problem. When PO exits I get the BSOD pointing at ati3duag.dll (being called from javaw.exe). Killing javaw.exe gets the same results.

I've tried removing the video drivers, and re-installing the latest version. I even tried removing all the ATI software in safe mode and running one of those driver cleaner programs before re-installing just the video drivers.

PO works fine without the video driver installed.

I've been trying to resolve this for days now.

Regards

Ben.

10 minutes after posting I found the solution for my problem.

Turns out the ASUS OnScreenDisplay was causing the problem. No problem with it turned off! This was installed as part of the ASUS video driver install.

This might help others with ASUS ATI video cards and the same problem with PO.
