Have you tried to turn off the Windows Vista UAC? It's described in this thread: Is Windows Vista supported by Poker Office?.

Im having the same problem as everyone else in this thread.

Can someone confirm whether this will be sorted out in the near future. I'm not prepared to disable or alter my antivirus software in any way so for me to use PO again, some sort of fix needs to be issued by PokerOffice. Otherwise I'll have to find an alternative to PO.

Thanks

Have you installed our latest patch? It includes a remade pnthanlder.dll file. The patch can be downloaded from http://www.pokeroffice.com/update.exe

Thanks, I downloaded this and it is now working, though I am still getting messages from my antivirus software warning about a trojan when I run PO.

I thought I had dl'd this patch yesterday, I must have downloaded an old one.

Thanks again.

I'm guessing you're getting warned about the Injlib.dll one now? Here's a post one of the developers made about the problem: Please keep all questions regarding Virus and/or Trojan warnings here.

Err, is it a problem that I used AVG to "heal" this file?

I haven't experienced any problems though, does "healing" mean that the file is removed/deleted?

Yes, healing the file will cause problems. You should re-install the latest patch:

1. Restart your computer (VERY Important)
2. Download and install http://www.pokeroffice.com/update.exe
3. Make sure that you restart the computer when/if prompted
4. Start PO and try again

and then make sure to not heal the file.

Alright I had a not your typical problem with PO and a trojan horse today. Well Poker Office wasn't even running when my AVG software came up detecting a Trojan Horse Agent with the path: C:\Program Files\Poker Office\bin\InjLib.dll

That doesn't seem right that AVG is detecting something while PO isn't even running, so I decided to not permit it this time. A couple seconds later after I opted to move that trojan to the vault another Trojan Horse Agent came up with the path: C:\System Volume Information\_restore{12901... (a bunch of random numbers and letters)} I moved that trojan to the vault as well. And then just a couple seconds ago the same Trojan (System Volume Information) just came up again. It's obviously connected some how with the Poker Office Trojan that was detected.

What do you recommend I do?
