i am still none the wiser

can someone give simple instructions to a simple person as to how to do this im mcafee. i just cant find out how to do this and im just about to blow a fuse

Unfortunately not all McAfee versions seem to have the same features from what I understand of some other users.

fthimp.dll is our old Full Tilt tracking file, so it's no problem removing it and/or blocking it. Please note that it is a false positive though.
