I have already tried to reinstall pokerstats several times. And that didn`t help. I also have the problem at other sites thats supported by pokeroffice like Ladbrokes and Mansion. So I don`t think its a problem with the pokerstar installation.
Usually it locks up right away, but sometimes I can actually se a few hands before it happens.

There are problems on Ladbrokes now due to the Prima poker software update.

The things that we would try if we had your computer with those problems would be to disable the firewall all its components and the same with antivirus. Keep going like this (disabling more and more) until PO works or the firewall/antivirus is uninstalled. If this was a common problem we would get thousands of support requests about this each day and we can also not reproduce this on our different setups with computers.

I have experienced this same problem since autumn and luckily found this thread since the uninstalling PO2 was the solution. I was hoping that PO5 would be a better version but as I experienced last night, the result was just the same than with PO2: if it is installed to computer, Stars will crash. We were playing for a week without PO installed and everything went smoothly but after installing PO5 the first crash came after 30 mins of play.
