Everything works fine for me while its working. Sometimes it works for 90 hands, sometimes 40 hands, sometimes 130 hands. Sometimes it stops working for a couple hands and then all of a sudden it starts working again. I've also noticed that in complete random fashion it seems like its combining data from previous hand with current hand, this is noticeable on table overlay where it shows player moves.

As it is now it is usable because it works perfectly for most of the time. Once it starts acting up I restart the tracker and everything works fine again. Anyways, usually by the time or before the time it would start acting up i get switched tables so i have to restart tracker.

As mentinoned before, I'm using Windows XP and the patch was not working for me first. Then I changed the dealer messages to everything and it worked for a while. But unfortunately not constant. Sometimes it seems the tracker window is celebrating a party cause lights start to flicker (hopefully I'm translating it good enough so you can understand me) and everything in it is going kind of "crazy". Maybe its the same problem as mentioned by lord el (refreshing stats every second). After I restartedPO the odds and the hole cards and board cards were OK but it's not tracking the opponents now. No statistic on them (the set up is still as before, as it worked properly).

So I guess I have to wait for the new patch.

you have to start poker office first.

That's an old bug. I haven't reported it cause it's not an issue (for me). Then ... few months ago a fix repaired this and you have been able to start poker office when full tilt was running. Now the bug is back. More over you notice it very easily cause ... after all ... it's a not so stable beta fix.

If you want to restart poker office, you have to shut down full tilt first and then start poker office and then tilt again.

Windows Vista

Nothing is working for me...the window comes up for live tracker, but doesn't show hole cards, no odds, no table overlay at all...

I did everything horizn did and nothing is working at all. The live tracker window comes up but has no stats, no hole cards, nothing. I get no pot odds or any stats at ALL on the table.

When I try to run ftpl.exe as admin a blank black dos window shows up. It does nothing.

I'm getting really fricking irritated about this.

Yep, this pretty much describes my experience with the patch. Set dealer chat to 'everything' and it's all working fine for a random time where upon it will suddenly 'spaz out' and apparently start re-reading the whole hand history for a table from scratch, or suddenly the pot odds will show like 250:1 or something. 90% of the time this happens a tracker restart solves it, and the other 10% I just change tables. Pretty usable IMHO

To put it nice, plain and simple so that the support-group does get this once and for all..

Two weaks for a freaking update to make PO work again??? Only word i can come up with that fits is pathetic! Other poker applications used less than 48 hours, some even less than 24.. And im paying for this? You guys said you where to hire new programmers to get more efficient? Well, might i even suggest that you fire the old ones? They clearly have no idea how to handle their job..

i always got the message "live tracker could not start....".i had to shut that window,start ftp.exe as admin during FT was opened an the patch worked fine.

today FT made a new software update an f**** PO doesn´t work again.....

getting angry now

and i have to say that i´m absolutely disappointed about the support on this site

We will release an official support either tonight or tomorrow, and it should work better than the beta patch.

it must work better...otherwise it doesn't fix the problem !

I think you are trying to fix an old piece of software without or with not much success

It would be much better, to create a new one, which is quicker and much more compatible then PO2.

Hope you agree and could tell us more about future plans soon.
