PokerOffice doesn't register tournaments I participated in?

Hi, I have a problem. It describes itself as following:

I can understand that PokerOffice is not able to register tournament winnings, when it comes to PokerStars, and that I have to manually enter them myself, yeah... But...

Pokeroffice doesn't register ANY tournaments I have played in, so editing the results cannot be done at all. It only shows 1 tournament for some reason, although I played multiple today.

I even tried importing the hand histories manually, and PokerOffice still only displays one tournament. Yes, I have refreshed, used date filters, etc, so the problem is not that sort.

And what is more curious, when i import the tournament histories, it asks me if I want to overwrite the hands. That means that the data is really inside PokerOffice already, but just doesn't echo it.

What should I do? Thanks in advance.
