Default pker office on full tilt

Can you please advise me how to get my pokeroffice live tracker running with full tilt.. I have had no problem at all on pokerstars and party poker ,yet i keep getting a msg saying
The full tilt engine could not be started.

Please try and start engine maunally.
1 press ok on this pop up to close it
2 execute the file /pokeroffice/bin/ftpl.exe
3 startt live tracker

I have made sure fulltilt is selected in the and selected run maually but it seems to cause my pokeroffice to freeze up after a couple of attempts... It kinda of gets as far as the live tracker window opening but does not recognise any players or display any of the cards etc. Hope you can help me solve this problem as i play on full tilt the most so this is very inconvenient. Thank you.

So you have been able to start ftpl.exe as administrator?

I use full tilt. One issue I have is that the Live Tracker does not work very well in automatic mode. The first table is ok, but subsequent tables either have no overly, or have an overylay that disappears after a few hands. I "solve" the problem by manually applying the live tracker to each new table.

I don't think I've heard about this problem at Full Tilt. Have you tried all the things in the Full Tilt FAQ?

It'd be good if you could send your PokerOffice log file to support@pokeroffice.com, preferrably after a session during which you used the auto detection mode. The log file can usually be found at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt.

I have a more fundamental problem at FullTilt. When Live Tracker offers me the list of poker sites to choose from, FullTilt doesn't appear. What's the fix for this?

Hmm, that's really strange. What happens if you use the auto detection mode? You activate this by going to Live Tracker -> Live Tracker auto detection mode, and then hitting activate.

Does it work?

Done. Doesn't change the options offered, of which Full Tilt is not one.

Lokhup, can you please send your log file, which you can find at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt, to support@pokeroffice.com .
