Full tilt stats don't show properly
Hello,
I play SnG's on full tilt
Iive tracker seems to work fine, but the stats in pokeroffice itself don't work, I tracks the number of games I've played, but it says I always lose, e.g. my ROI is -100%.
This is kinda depressing, because I know my ROI is positive.
Please help,

Full Tilt didn't use to have any tournament summaries (showing place and winnings), hence PokerOffice couldn't enter this information automatically. This has recently changed, but our developers have not yet added support for the summaries. This will happen in the future, but until then you must add/edit this information manually by going to the tournament tab, right click on the tournament and select "Edit Tournament".

I'm having no end of problems, starting with posting to this thread, which I've tried once and the post disappeared down the rabbit hole.
At FullTilt, PO doesn't show FT as an option in the Tracker list.
At Stars, PO doesn't see an open table and asks for one to be opened.

As for Full Tilt, please see my reply to your other post.
Regarding PokerStars, have you read our PokerStars FAQ thread? If so, please send your log file, which you can find at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt, to support@pokeroffice.com .

stats not working
I have also problem with stats:
Live tracker is working correctly, but no information is shown in the main window when I finish a game. Refreshing data doesn't help and I don't have any date filter set. Everything is working alright with PartyPoker.
Handhistories are stored correctly in my hard drive and pokkeroffice seems to find them, atleast in sysemlog.txt there is line:
Setting HH Folder: C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\memento13

Issue resolved
Got my issue resolved. Didn't know I have to choose player (Ring Games -> Select player). So my fault.
