I then fired up PStars and went to a NL cash game on Stars, sat down, and began to play.
Result: Same...have only minimal table overlay, with no posting for each player of statistics, nor table composite, nor stats on myself.
Any idea what I omitted or did wrong? Grrrrrr, this is frustrating! I, too, am on tilt.
PS: I just ran through all of the above steps again, and verified that the program I'm now running is version 2.37....with the same result.
PPS: is there a way that I can uninstall Poker Stars and then reinstall a version that was prior to the 7-29-08 "PO killer" updated verson? Looks like the major change on 7-29 was a "replay" sub-program.

Hi,
1.
only thing is, that I installed update236.exe
and update237.exe - hmm, will mail you 236 too.
2.
in the pokerstars folder, there is a backup folder - but there were three updates since 7-29-08 as far as I know...
My backup Stars.exe is 2.5.8.0
Running Stars.exe is 2.5.8.2
No other shadows of this file because of using raid 5 - sorry...
Daniel
Edit:
I think my basic installation is much older than yours <2.36, because of all my update-files. So maybe there is the reason?!?
Edit:
Maybe support can post the updates online? Getting errors because of the filesize >11MB (inbox mailbox)...
