Just downloaded and registered my PO software today for the first time. I am using PStars and can't get any table overlay to work or to show any mucked cards. Also having trouble with it stopping after 30 hands. Read some previous posts but first time user and got kinda confused can anyone give me a simple answer if possible or what exactly I need to do?

Hi Support,
Just switch to Pacific Poker.. on start Office popped the message concerning I need to delete the Software download Of Pacifc's and redownload a older version. Did that and for the first two sit and go's Office worked as normal ( Fantastic!! ) then I noticed the third game while the table tracker was coming up. It was not tracking any cards, player, or even the games. Deleted the User database... made a new one. But No go... Office will not track.
Any advice?

Hello support,

i have the same problem, that the table action is not tracked with Pokeroffice. But I am using XP. So I guess, there is no option to "run the application as administrator".
The cards are shown in the window and the odds are calculated but it tracks first hand in statistics and after that no tracking at all. I can't say anything about TableOverlay because I don't use it, due to the stats are always above my opponents cards (why is that anyways?)

Shall I also send my log file to the support?

I guess I figured out my problem: I entered the location of my handhistory-folder manually (the PS subfolder with the accountname was missing) and checked the box above. it now works.

Lol, sorry, I was overly excided. So I didn't wait until I reached 30 hands. It stops counting at 29 hands. No error message. What shall I do? Is there a known solution to the problem yet?

Did you try to specify your hand history path wiht the user name left out in the end. I.e. just c:/program files/Poker Stars/handhistory?
