Well, it seem i resolved all my problem, am french so i cant tell you exactly what i did, only thing i can say, its i use "Redseek" a freesofware who clean and repair mistake or inexistant path in your window register data base...
After clean and repair some register Hotkey and data in windows and some stuff like this, am able to import load hand history again...
Look like i made too many install and unistall, so my 'windows" (or dont know what) was confused i guess...

You can buy "Registry Mechanic" for 39.95$ too, but this one didnt work if you dont buy it...
Regseek work without any paiment, you may find some english version i guess
