Suggesting it reads the data stream ok.

Have uninstalled and re-installed poker office, but this did not help.

Think it may have something to do with the latest update.

It'd be really good if you could send your complete log to support@pokeroffice.com. I see a message in your log file that usually means big problems when playing at Ongame, and I'd like to see if it can be found in the earilier parts of the log as well.

Was this after the PO update or after the Hollywood update?

When running PoquerOffice on bwin, the mucked cards are not shown. Is there planned any solution to this?

I spoke with one of our developers this morning, and he told me that it's unfortunately too early to say when a fix will be out.

godric, unfortunately this can't be solved currently. This is because the mucked cards aren't written out in their hand histories.

Dear Support Team,

accordingly Pokerroom.com has updated their software. When I try to start tracking I get an error msg that I am using the wrong client. I should download and use the windows version of the poker client instead. But I am for sure using the Windows Client.
Could you please fix this as soon as possible ?
I have to clear a bonus

Unfortunately the latest Ongame update, which their different skins have been applying the last few days caused this problem. Our developers are looking into this, but they do not yet have an ETA. I'll keep you updated when I hear something new.
