If you go to your PokerOffice folder on your hard disk, you will se a folder called log. In there you can find a log called systemlog.txt.

From that small part it looks like PokerOffice can't find your hand histories.

1. Go to Statistics -> Advanced -> Create Statistics File.
2. Name it xxxStatistics
3. Go to Statistics -> Advanced -> Select Statistics File, and select the one you just created
4. Try again

Ok, it changed something...from now, when I turn on a table, immediately 9 live analysis windows appears! what's this?

I never go Winamax (Pokerroom network) to work, iPoker works fine except for the overlay that I never got to work

I play at Pokerroom, Eurobet, Hollywood and Betson. I have no problems playing 1 or 2 cash tables simultaneously. However before the last upgrades I had no problems playing 8 tables. After the poker site and pokeroffice upgrades. pokeroffice can no longer keep up. This causes the overlay to dissapear and reappear erraticly making it appear pokeroffice is no longer working. However this is not the case as the hands are being recorded but are taking far to long to be processed by PokerOffice. One interesting thing is that before the changes my CPU used to go right up to 100% utilization for breif periods of time while the hands were being processed by pokeroffice. Now the CPU only goes up to 60% which I suspect means that pokeroffice can't get the data fast enough from either MYSQL database or the statistics file in the Ongame software to fully utilize the cpu for processing the hands.

For example if I am playing a bunch of tables and I sit out and watch the live tracker for the tables I see it processing 3 or 4 hands back from when I sat out. It will eventually import all the previous hands I had played, it just can't keep up in real time and thus the overlay dissappears. My system is not the problem as I have a 3ghz dual core with 3 megs or ram.

I hope there is something that can be done to alleviate this problem.

Please also try PokerOffice at real money tables since we do not support Play Money games.

Would be good if you too could send your log to support. It sounds like it might be a settings files or database error.
