Ongame and PokerOffice!? Please keep all posts regarding PO & Ongame here

Hello!

I decided to buy poker office, because people told me it s very usefull. I am playing at Pacific Poker, win2day (BossMedia engine) and bwin (Ongame).
Now I realized PO is not supporting BossMedia at all!
For Pacific I had to download an 6 year old version which a confusing interface.
PO seem to function with cash games now. Havent tried MTT at Pacific yet.
And bwin...
First I had to change the language. Now PO shows me a blank statistic site.
How do I get the PO working with bwin?
Well 80bugs is not that much but to buy a software which is not working with my favourite poker sites is quite unsatisfying.
What I expect from u now is an excellent support for ur program, so i can use PO properly.

I am using Windows XP, McAfee VirusScanEnterprise 8.0.0

Hello!

I'm sorry to hear that you missed the fact we're not yet supporting Boss Media. Support is planned, but unfortunately it will take a while before it's finalized.

Regarding Bwin, is PokerOffice detecting the tables you're playing at? I.e. are the live windows popping up? Are no statistics on your opponents shown? I'd like you to try to create a new Statistics file:

1. Start Bwin
2. Go to Statistics -> Advanceded -> Create Statistics File
3. Name it xxxStatistics
4. Go to Statistics -> Advanced -> Select Statistics File, and select the one you just created

thanks for quick response;

the windows are popping up and showing the name of the table, but aren t getting any staistics at bwin. will try to create new statistic file tomorrow....

Hello I'm also using bwin and the live tracker doesn't open when I join a table.
PO well update the statistics in the main window but I can use the live tracker.

What can I do?

The overlay isn't working either? It's quite strange that your database gets updated with new information even though the live windows aren't opening. You haven't checked "Don't use Live Window" by mistake at Live Tracker -> Live Tracker auto detection mode?

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt, to support@pokeroffice.com

There was an update on Ongame, PO is no longer working for me.

Live tracker doesn't open, and when I try to open it manually I get an error msg saying that "you are using the web browser version of pokerroom".

Is it me, or is it screwed ?

Are both of you playing at PokerRoom? I just tried and it seems to work fine.

Please try to reinstall your clients to begin with.

Today earlier after Tower upgrade live tracker didnt work. Now I turned on Tower again and it was new upgrade and live tracker started properly
